A classroom of kids were asked what they wanted to be when they grew up...

Johnny: "a fireman"

Sophie: "a nurse"

Chris: "an astronaut"

Stevie: "a salesman"

The whole class went quiet...

There was genuine surprise in the air.

His teacher, Stephanie asked him why he wanted to become a salesman...

Stevie:

"Because it's the best job in the world! Why does everyone have such a negative viewpoint of salespeople? They're the engine of business and only have a bad name because of exaggerated stereotypes and programmed beliefs. Working in sales is the best way to learn about business, about people and about yourself. It also offers the opportunity of building wealth & developing skills that will last a lifetime. And solving people's problems gives real meaning to your work."

The class listened intently.

His teacher was speechless.

Stevie really did understand sales, even from a young age.

You might say he was a young sales prodigy.

And he went on to pursue his dream.
