The second one puts you on an equal footing.

Your language and behaviour are a direct reflection of your mindset.


And whilst it may seem like a small thing, the way you frame things sets the tone for the entire conversation


So start becoming aware of how you speak.


And stop thanking prospects for gracing you with their time.
