Check your body language

Take a second to observe your demeanour.

Do you carry yourself confidently?

How's your breathing - shallow or full?

How about the way you move? With purpose or meekly?

Do you command authority when you speak or do you do so apologetically?

Observe a C-level director by taking in their body language, the way they speak, their tone, and the way they carry themselves.

If this is who you're targeting you need to match them as closely as possible.

People are attracted to people like them.

Become an actor.

Learn how to carry yourself.

Move slower and with purpose.

Speak when you have something significant to say.

Otherwise pause and be comfortable in silence.

Play around with it and have fun.

By becoming conscious of how you come across you'll begin to see yourself differently.

You'll become more objective.

And this is where you can start to enact change.
