Coaching client...

Had a coaching session earlier today with a new client and he's taking things on board quickly...




2 weeks ago in response to "why should we use you?" 



...he would've proceeded to go into full pitch/justification mode. 



Today we listened back to one of his call recordings from earlier this week, and as cool as you like, he replied with...



"I'm not sure you should at this point, as I just don't know enough about you yet, so let me ask you..."



And back into questions...



Exactly as I taught him 



and it changed the whole dynamic of the conversation. 



no more justification.


no more selling.



just more understanding, clarity, and control.
