"Well, you're the first salesperson who's ever kept me on the phone for this long - it's been 25 minutes. I normally chew salespeople out in less than a minute." (MD) 



"I suppose I got lucky & caught you at the right time." (Me)



"I don't know...you sounded different & made me want to help you. You weren't pushy & I just felt I could relax with you, almost like chatting with an old mate." (MD)
