"Send me an email."
"I wouldn't have anything relevant to send at this point, and wouldn't want to insult you by sending yet another email with generic garbage clogging up your inbox...
Let me cut to the chase, I normally solve these three issues (X, Y, and Z). If neither one apply to you then that's OK, we both save time."
"OK so we do have a bit of a problem with Y."
"Right, and when you say a problem, how? What have you tried so far to combat this?"
...the initial shrug off turns into a conversation.
What do you say to 'send me an email'?
