Little Birds...

Salespeople & AE's who don't prospect, but wait for incoming leads/meetings remind me of these little fellas...

There is a lot of food out there.



But a salesperson who is adverse to prospecting is like a bird who's apprehensive of flying. 



Or perhaps they haven't developed the necessary skill or muscle to do so. 



You just need to learn how...AKA pick up the phone, prospect, upskill, learn the art of communication, repeat...and make things happen.
