"You have a really kind face - did you have a second?"
A killer line from a charity worker I overheard.
He delivered it all day - as if spontaneous each time.
And he had a ridiculously high success rate.

- Because it connected with people on a human level
- It made them feel good
- It triggered positive emotion
Charity workers on the high street have a really tough job.
It's fundamentally the sharp end of sales...of human communication.
But this guy found a way to outshine everyone.
And all it took was a simple one liner to connect to people.
