Some of the insecurities we all experience in every day life.
That voice in our head, full of self doubt.
Particularly when we think about doing something outside of our comfort zone.
We all imagine people are so interested in us.
That everyone's watching us.
Home truth - most people are really not.
It's a construct, a fallacy, made up by our ego.
Most people simply don't care, aren't paying attention, or ironically are too fixated on their own insecurities.
Most people are at the center of their own world.
So people aren't watching, judging or even thinking about you nearly as much as you think.
And for that reason...that thing you keep putting off?
Just do it.
