In order to bring about lasting change we have to develop new habits...
According to research if we incorporate a new behaviour on a daily basis -
1) It takes approximately 3 weeks to embed it consciously.
2) And it takes around 3 months to ensure it becomes unconscious & therefore second nature.
So without consistency...we'll just fall back into old habits.
