What I've learnt from posting each day on LinkedIn...

Some of the things I've learned from posting on #linkedin almost every day in 2022:

- writing regularly makes you question your own beliefs & assumptions

- writing crystalises your thoughts to give you deeper clarity

- thoughtful comments often teaches you new things which can change your perspective

- complete strangers can be the most generous of souls

- writing in a public space increases your EQ

- posting is like a business diary you share with the wider public for discussion

- if you're ever unsure of posting something, post anyway

- sometimes that post you thought was garbage can set someone's world alight

- that post you spent 5 hours agonising over, when you did your best Tolstoy impression was actually garbage (but at least you tried)

- the more honest you are, the better

- you become more open minded

- you can't please everyone so don't even try
