1 - If you slump in your chair & look down you'll feel depressed.
2 - If you sit up straight or stand up you'll feel better.
3 - If you look up (above eye level) you'll feel more positive.
4 - When standing up make sure your shoulders are down - this is where we carry a lot of tension.
5 - Breathe deeply into your diaphragm, become conscious of & avoid shallow breaths in the chest. It exacerbates tension.
6 - Smiling instead of frowning uses less facial muscles. It's also impossible to feel down when you smile.
