1. There is no career with so much potential in personal & professional development.
2. Sales skills are the most fundamental part of setting up your own business.
3. Only those who are fully committed will forge a career beyond anything they thought possible.
4. Mindset is everything. If this is off-kilter you need to fix it or quit.
5. There's nothing more exhilarating than performing well. The opposite is also true.
6. Your role is a blank canvas - you define it - it does not define you.
7. You never become the finished article - the learning never stops.
8. A big ego will hamper you.
9. You can't just be yourself - you have to adjust to your buyer & be the best version of yourself in different situations.
10. Nerves & anxiety can be overcome by talking twice as slow and pausing often.
