1 - Asking a question and not going quiet to allow for the prospect's response.
2 - Answering all questions posed by the prospect at face value.
3 - Accepting surface-level answers and jumping straight into their solution.
4 - Not addressing any elephants in the room through fear of upsetting the prospect.
5 - Keeping potential objections to themselves in the hope the prospect won't mention or pick up on them.
