5 of my pet hates in sales...

1. When a salesperson says...
"I'm not trying to sell you anything."
- then spend the next 10 minutes trying to sell you something.
2. When a buyer shares their biggest problems & the salesperson responds clinically with...
"Perfect" (...now I can sell to you)
3. When you've already decided you want to buy something and the salesperson insists on dragging you through their 40 minute sales funnel - with 116 questions fired at you in quick succession like an FBI interrogation.
You don't buy.
4. When a salesperson asks a leading question whilst simultaneously insulting your intelligence...
"Are you interested in making more money?"
"Can you service more clients?"
"Would you like to save time?"
5. When a salesperson connects with you on LinkedIn & says they're interested in 'collaborating'...turns out their definition of collaboration is:
'I provide you with a service you don't need and you pay me lots of money'.
Any more?
