If you work in sales, do you feel proud when people ask what you do?
If the answer is 'no' this could be your biggest problem.
High performers take pride in their work.
Average salespeople scrape by...you can hear it in their voice.
High performers just sound a lot better.
They sound in control.
There's more credibility & richness in their tone.
And it's no coincidence.
Having the right attitude, outlook and mindset has a direct impact on your behaviour, habits, and how you sound.
You're congruent.
If you look at sales as just a 'stop gap', this will be reflected in how you carry yourself.
You'll be incongruent.
And people won't buy.
It's a vicious cycle.
And you'll just feel worse about your role.
Maybe it's time to be proud of being a salesperson, because honestly, if done properly it's one of the best roles you can build a career in.
You can...
- Grow personally & professionally
- Improve your EQ
- Develop your self-awareness
- Earn truckloads of cash
- Even build your own business
Sell with intent.
Sell like you mean it.
It could change everything.
