But do you really need a sales coach?!

I worked in B2B sales for 20+ years and never had a coach...
Personally, it took me years & years to work this sales game out…limping my way through, job to job.
The closest I got to coaching was either a pipeline review with my line manager, or those dreaded Monday morning sales meetings where you wanted the ground to swallow you up...with those immortal words familiar to every salesperson -
“So…what have you got out there!?”
The problem?
This is spreadsheet management – and it assesses outputs only.
It’s retrospective analysis which, by definition, has very little influence on improving a salesperson’s skillset.
The only things in our control are the inputs, that is – mindset, beliefs, behaviours, habits, EQ, skill & knowledge.
A staggering statistic I read the other day by the Objective Management Group revealed that 93% of salespeople do not get effective, frequent coaching.
So, for most salespeople, if your company does not provide you with this as a resource, you’re pretty much left to your own devices.
Sales is tough – but it’s a skill which can be learnt.
So, to help plug this gap I’m going to be launching a Sales Coaching Club.
The sessions will be 1-2-1.
No ‘off the shelf’ training - they will be entirely focused on your current role and all of its unique challenges - with workable strategies & approaches you can apply right away.
You will have weekly access to me where I will provide candid and direct feedback over every part of your current approach.
I will identify exactly what is holding you back.
Realistically, I’ll be able to work with 4-6 salespeople each month.
The investment required will make this accessible to most.
If you’re interested in seriously upskilling, DM me and I’ll talk you through the details - including the cost, weekly structure, and general approach.
*And as I haven’t officially launched yet, this post was to serve as a quick heads-up.
