Me: "I guess not - though I suppose it depends on your definitions of 'pretty good' and 'perfect'...


Prospect: "Well we could be doing more with..."


...and back into conversation.


Never accept vague language at face value.


There's gold if you keep digging.


Be patient.


Ask for clarity.
