1 - They need to listen a lot more than they talk
2 - They have to create the environment to allow prospects to persuade themselves
3 - They need to be able to diagnose business problems accurately
4 - They have to be credible
5 - They need to disqualify properly & early on
6 - They need to leave their ego at the door
