How to transform your sales results exponentially...


🛑 Stop wasting time with 'no hopers' in your pipeline.



👉 Work out your average sales cycle.


👉 Make a list of all those in your pipeline who've been there longer.


👉 Go through one by one - and either qualify out or convert.



No more hanging onto 'maybes'...one of the worst of all the sales afflictions.


This requires brutal honesty.


There may be exceptions, particularly if you work in complex sales, but you get the point.


*Plus, this is often an excuse we tell ourselves to justify hanging on*



I've been guilty of hanging onto those opportunities who, truth be told, were never likely to come in.


All it does is make you more needy & insecure.


The inevitable 'checking in' & 'touching base' emails...


They reek of desperation.


That pipeline meeting Friday? At least you can show your boss all your opportunities right?


Wrong.


Becoming a busy fool is not where you want to be.


Hope is not a strategy.


So develop a leaner pipeline of fewer opportunities & this will free up your time to go after better prospects.


It will also make you feel like a weight has been lifted - you're no longer 'bogged down' by an artificially inflated pipeline of dead wood.
