It's your fault...

There's one fundamental truth that's inescapable if you want to become better at selling...



YOU have to change.


It's an intense process.


It requires commitment.


Most salespeople have certain beliefs, habits & behaviours that are keeping them stuck at a certain level.


And for the most part, they're not even aware of them.


This is the reason most sales training doesn't work.


If a sales trainer teaches someone how to 'handle objections' or 'close more' they're usually dealing with symptoms of a deeper problem.


And that deeper problem is the root cause of why objections are coming up in the first place, or the reason Company X is stuck in a pipeline of hope for 6 months.


Real and lasting change only comes from a permanent shift in behaviours, habits & beliefs.


Which is where the real work starts.


The process is challenging but also fun and stimulating.


You'll begin to see the world in a very different way.


You'll start to see yourself differently, why you do what you do and why people react the way they do.


And you'll enjoy your job far more as you begin to see the world & the people around you with more clarity than ever before.


But change will only become habitual through repetition, practice, feedback...then more practice & repetition in a constant learning loop.


Otherwise you'll just revert back to your default system.


Which is easy.


It's comfortable.


But there's no growth.


And because of that you remain stuck.


YOU haven't changed.


And your bank balance will reflect that reality back at you every single day.
