Objection: "Send me some information."

If this was early on in discussions it would likely be a brush-off, so in this instance I'd say:

"To be honest John I would have nothing to send, as I don't yet understand your business or objectives. Sending something generic would be a waste of time for both of us.

If it's a bad time now, why don't we schedule a 15-minute chat later this week so you can tell me exactly what you are after?

If we then agree and think it appropriate, I'll send across something specific based on your challenges. Sound good?"
