I've just discovered the holy grail when it comes to closing business...
From a well-known conversational intelligence platform -
1. When dealing with a C-level Executive, limit your questions to FOUR. No more - they will become impatient & irritable (*regardless of quality, sales skills, or conversational ability).
2. Curse at least three times when closing (*precise words not specified - you choose).
3. Open up all conversations with 'How have you been?' regardless of who they are & how well you know them. (*this is a PATTERN INTERRUPT).
