Sales is one of the only jobs where you can earn as much as a doctor or a lawyer...

Without having to train for 7 years at medical school or read law for 4+ years

Most people fell into sales

...and they treat it as such.

This lack of intention is killing sales people.

A massive opportunity squandered.

Looking at their job as only a 'sales' role.

It's why most remain average.

The bar is low, so to stand out doesn't really isn't that hard.

But it does require work.

And commitment.

Ask yourself the question: 'What lights me up?'

Understanding your 'why' is crucial in order to develop a strong purpose...to become a professional driven by a meaningful goal.

Which means going way beyond your company's processes or completing that 2 week on boarding program.

- It means learning about human psychology, why people do what they do, and how to tune into that.

- It means developing & fine-tuning your business acumen.

- It means improving your emotional intelligence, managing your state & becoming assertive.

- Becoming an adept problem solver.

- Taking full responsibility & realising everything in your life today is a direct result of past behaviours.

- Having the courage to try new things, fail and try again.

- Understanding yourself, developing self-awareness & reversing any negative programmed behavioural patterns holding you back.

Becoming exceptional at sales means becoming a lifelong student of people, business and personal development.

Become the person you want to be.

Take pride in your role as a salesperson.

You're the reason businesses exist.

So commit to developing yourself.

And you'll be writing your own pay check.
