"Sell outcomes not products."
Probably the best advice I ever received as a young salesperson.
It's so simple yet so many salespeople miss the point.
People don't want your product - all they want is what a specific part of your product can do to improve their business and make their life easier.
And every buyer will need a slightly different part of your product's features, so stop selling the product and focus on the specific outcome connected to a specific feature.
It's that simple.
When this becomes your sole focus watch your sales increase exponentially.
