As a salesperson you need to become acutely self-aware & adaptable, knowing how to adjust in real time.
That's not to mention the different personality types and industry sectors.
If you're not able to become a chameleon your conversations will land like a sledgehammer on a Lego set.
If you're cold calling Germany, think twice about making a self deprecating joke.
If you're speaking with people in the Netherlands, do not mince your words - get to the point.
If you're running a sales meeting with a company in Japan, read about Japanese business customs first.
Be the best version of yourself in the context of the environment you're selling in.
And make it all about your prospect.
Your results will reflect your adaptability.
