1. Telling someone they are wrong will almost always be met with resistance

2. Being the best version of yourself & having a repeatable & effective process will
1. Persuading someone rarely works
2. Getting someone to persuade themselves does
1. Sales is not combative
2. Sales is collaborative
1. Putting someone on a pedestal & pandering to them achieves nothing
2. Treating someone as an equal, challenging them & being disarmingly honest is a win-win
1. Small or irrelevant problem = no sale
2. Significant problem = potential sale
