The profession of sales is utterly unique...

It's one of the few roles where you can quite literally write your own pay check.
Two salespeople in the same team can earn wildly different sums of money.
Sean, who doesn't say much and keeps his head down, consistently earns £30K each month.
He's worked it out.
Barry is in the same team. Same market. He barely makes £3K a month.
He complains a lot and blames external factors.
If you work in sales it's entirely up to you.
Are you going to coast along & shirk responsibility, or will you become obsessed with your market, your industry, human psychology, business & your own personal growth?
Your call.
Fundamentally it boils down to your mindset.
If you believe you can - you're absolutely right.
If you think it's too difficult - you're also correct.
One thing I do know...doing what your company expects you to do will never get you there.
You need to hold yourself to a higher standard.
And that doesn't mean working 14 hour days necessarily or burning yourself out by 30.
It means working things out in the smartest and quickest way possible.
Seeking out the right mentors.
Finding a process, a strategy...and doubling down.
Building up your own self-belief, self-awareness, EQ & business acumen.
Failing fast & growing a little more each day.
Do all of that and you'll quite literally be writing your own paycheck.
Success doesn't happen by accident.
It's intentional & a direct result of your own personal development.
