What do you think is more important in sales - EQ or IQ?

Here are both definitions.

EQ - Emotional Intelligence:

"the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically."

IQ - Intelligence Quotient:

a number representing a person's reasoning ability (measured using problem-solving tests)
