You can tell by the first 2 minutes...

When listening back to sales calls, I can usually tell where the conversation will go judging by the first few minutes (following any small talk)...



The dead giveaways are:


1) Tonality / Presence

2) Assertiveness

3) Structure

4) Credibility

5) Management of expectations



Ask yourself how you measure up to each of these points.
