1. Inspiration is temporary, but the development of new habits is permanent.
2. People don't learn by being told the answer - they learn when guided to work it out for themselves.
3. People are emotional beings.
No emotion = No call to action = No change
4. If a sales trainer doesn't practice what they preach, their guidance is academic at best.
5. Most salespeople have no idea what is holding them back & most business/sales leaders have no idea what is holding their teams back.
